Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
An upgrade item is a unique item that makes certain Pokemon change. The upgrade can be obtained by spinning a photo disc, and is often given as a reward at Pokemon GO events.

They provide smaller bonuses than other kinds of upgrade component. Infusions can be found in non-amulet ascended equipment as well as legendary equipment, while enhancements are used to upgrade certain ascended back items. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced when they are slotted into an item, but doing so destroys the previous upgrade. The only exceptions are glyphs, which can only be inserted in gathering tools, as well as enchantments. Both are able to be removed and reinserted.

Glyphs

Selecting the Glyphs and clicking "enchant" will activate them. This will bring up a new window that displays the Glyphs you have that can be applied to the item you have selected. You can upgrade your Glyphs by completing Tree of Whisper Quests or Nightmare Dungeons. The more challenging the dungeon, the greater the amount of Glyph experience that you will earn. Once a Glyph has reached the level 15 it can be upgraded using the Glyph Upgrade Altar. Upgrading a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.
Once a Glyph is elevated to the desired level you can activate it by selecting it, then pressing the "enchant" button. The Glyph you create will provide its stated benefit, and will also increase the number of nodes within its radius on the Paragon Board. It's important to place Glyphs where they will be most beneficial to your game, which is why it's a good idea to prioritize Magic Glyphs early on. Rare glyphs could also provide double bonus when certain conditions are satisfied.
Click the cycle widget to change the perspective of the Glyphs Panel. Each view shows the Glyphs in different fonts. You can narrow down the selection of glyphs by selecting an option beneath "Entire Font". For example, punctuation is only displayed in punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols limit the choices to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a method in which you create a new account to give yourself more opportunities to access a character or weapon that you are interested in. This can be done to assist you in gaining more experience or to gain better loot, such as an improved weapon for your current character. Many players will reroll until the character they desire is available, regardless of its ability. This can be because they like the design or personality.
You should ensure that you make clean changes every time you reroll. This means you should verify locally that the patch passes the pre-commit tests and conduct a core development check. Upload the patch with a clear difference to a problem (see What is an interdiff?) ).

It is important to keep in mind that not all items in a set can be upgraded. Some sets, like the FB Sorc spec Whistan's shield or Naj's puzzlers are exceptional in their own right and don't require any upgrades.
